"The location was perfect and the bedding was clean and good quality. We ate dinner in the breakfast/lobby area one night and it was clean. Staff were ok. Not overly helpful or friendly but never rude or unfriendly. Just ok. The only "problem" was the bathroom in our room. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms had a horrible smell coming from the plumbing. It was like sulphur/rotten eggs/standing water. Not pleasant at all."

"It was terrible, some of the towels were so old, I could see through then, the shower door was hard to work and just leaked all over the Floor in the bathroom. There was a strong chemical smell all through the night of the first night. The lighting in the room was useless, it was very dark. I would never stay there again. I usually don't write reviews, but this place was bad. and I have spent over 7 years of nights in hotels, mostly Marriott because you know what you are getting. But this...

"I made a reservation to stay for several days last February. I then wanted to change my room to one with a couch and cancel the first room. Expedia canceled the first room, gave me the new room which I used and then refused to refund my $1941. When Expedia called the hotel and spoke to the assistant manager and explained the situation she refused to refund the money."
