Lovely stay

We had a lovely family stay here and all the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout with anything we needed. The hotel is lovely, great coffee in the bar and in a beautiful location by the port with views of the cathedral across the water. We can’t wait to visit again.

Friendly staff

Lovely welcome from Cassandra on arrival. All the other staff were lovely and friendly too. Great location- we walked to Palma and to Cala major. Shame about the renovations all along the marina as it would’ve been a nice (slightly long) walk otherwise. Lovely pool area, it was empty all morning on our first day! Drinks were reasonable in hotel and terrace has a lovely view. Nothing to complain about with room. No kettle so don’t bother with tea bags!

Lovely staff, unfortunately booking slow to appear from expedia so delayed check in. Room was set up for three although I only booked for one - so a bit weird having sheets on the couch but I guess my late booking was likely a factor. Desk space very small for working and the sound proofing was poor - so very noisy with drain from five levels above all running down through the room very audibly. Sheets or pillow smelt a little damp. Lovely view from the terrace of the marina over to the cathedral but quality of the room probably means I wouldn't stay again.

The property is in a good location. Rooms clean with a nice-sized deck to sit on to relax. Unfortunately, people smoke on them so if you don't like that you have to close your patio door all the time. It seems like Spain is one of the last places to allow smoking everywhere. Pool towels are 10 Euro deposit and are not out by the pool, but rather at the front desk.. found that odd. Amazing Italian restaurant right near hotel. Satrigo. it is a MUST!

The room was very big which was nice as we had 2 adults and 2 children in it. Everything was clean. The children enjoyed the two swimming pools (outside and inside). The inside pool had a very strong smell of disinfectant/chlorine though. The terrace had a wonderful view over the harbour with the cruise liners and across to the cathedral. The tea and coffee making facilities in the room were limited especially as they only gave us one sachet of coffee plus one sachet of decaf a day. When we asked for more we were told that the next supply of the same would be on the next day. Apart from this the breakfast was delicious with a very good choice of hot and cold food.

The only real fault was its location. The only reception was reached either by a walk of about 500 metres up very steep hills or up a few hundred steps. The funicular to harbour level was out of order for days on end. A very reasonable hotel but not really suitable for elderly people or those with mobility problems
