A equipe de apoio (ao telefone) é impecável. Todas as dúvidas supridas, me ajudaram sobremaneira na realização do checkin. Recebi orientações e a senha de acesso bem antes do horário de entrada. Na entrada a equipe de balcão muito solícita. O apartamento é muito bom, limpo, organizado e bem montado. Surpreende. A vista de Palmas é impressionante. Não tinha café da manhã, mas o comércio (mercado, farmácia) é muto próximo, resolvemos rápido. Os pontos negativos, que também surpreendem: o chuveiro vaza pela laterais, então o banho fica comprometido, a torneira da pia está solta, não foi possível utilizar a TV porque o controle estava com defeito (imaginei que as pilhas estivessem descarregadas, o staff do Stay trouxe pilhas novas, mas não houve êxito). Acredito que um apto maravilhoso desses tem que dispor de conferência do funcionamento dos itens semanalmente, a fim de evitar contratempos.
