"Cleanliness of room was not the best...hair all over the shower and bathroom, candy wrappers in the bedsheets. Went hungry because they had an awesome grill/bar only to find it closed permanently. Nothing close as replacement option. That was a bummer."

"We arrived at 2:45pm. He said our room was ready but would have to charge us $10 to get the key or we had to wait till 3pm. We waited out of principal. Ridiculous! They are also one of the few that charge you $100 as a hold fee for incidentals. Not a hold...a charge. To be returned in 3 to 4 business days! "

"It could have been cleaner. A few minor repairs needed to be made: door was nearly untenable, sink faucet was loose. But overall for the price it was fine. The pool pretty clean. Staff polite and helpful. I left some items in my closet and they were very kind and helpful in returning them. Overall a good stay. "
