"We needed to get back to the airport for a 8:00 am flight. The shuttle was full for any of the times that would work for us. The desk offered no help, we had to ask for any taxi information. The desk clerk acted like she didn't care one way or another."

"Fairfield Inn/Suites is top notch for the price, and conveniently located walking distance to everything. Shopping mall, Better Buzz coffee (a must stop in) and only 6 miles from the airport. The breakfast is hot and delicious with great options for everyone, the outdoor pool and patio area was relaxing and there was live music Friday night. "The health club gym is pretty run down with older equipment from the 1990's. The weight room was being painted while I was there for the week. I spent over $3,100 to stay their for 8 nights so would have expected perks from the Hotel."

"Great hotel for being close to the Phoenix airport. Each to get to, and to leave. Outdoor pool was nice while we were there. Room is spacious. Easy to fit four people plus our luggage. The in-room A/C was VERY loud. Had to shut it down in the middle of the night. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful."

"I really wanted to love this stay because the location of the property is fantastic and put us right where we needed to be. However, the logistical and health-standard issues made it impossible to give a higher rating.
The parking was an absolute headache. The layout is cramped and frustrating, which is a stressful way to start and end every day. The main reason for the low rating, however, was the breakfast. I found mold in the breakfast scones, which is completely unacceptable."
