Way too noisy.
The room is just very basic and small. There is no AC, so you either open the windows and deal with the constant noises from the outside, or close the windows endure the heat and stuffiness. We did ask for a fan for the second night, and they were very fast in making that accommodation, which we really appreciated. If you are noise sensitive, I would think twice before booking this hotel. People were out late and talking very loudly/playing music throughout the night. Because of its location and the way city walls, all the sound bounces back so it becomes incredibly loud.

Good choice
Good location , just a block off of the Camino . East walk to the heart of the centre . Only negative was I could get the water hot for a shower in the morning ( worked great the afternoon before ).

Great location
A great location for the running with the bulls festival. However, there is no AC and it was very hot!! No fridge in room and no ice was available making it very difficult to cool down.

Super well-Maintained hotel
Immaculately updated place in a historical building. The area is quiet, but it is only steps away to everywhere of interest: the street with a ton of bar/restaurants is about 5 minutes walk, and the main square with cafe iruna is about 10 minute walk. The Navarra museum is also 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is practically sitting on the city wall, at a square with sweeping views of Pamplona new town. The room was super clean, powerful A/C, and super fast Wifi. The staff were friendly. They close at night, but will give you instructions on how to get in at all hours.

Our three rental bikes were waiting for us when we arrived—all securely stored. Room was great—clean and the temperature was just right. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great location to the city center at a great price.

Great location. Good stay for the price. TV's in the hotel rooms are small. That's about the only fault i could find to be honest.

Excellent hotel in the Old Town
Nice hotel in the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only minor problem is there is no parking outside but there is a public pay car park a few minutes away. €10 for 20 hours so good value. Would recommend the hotel.

There is not much the hotel can do about a heat wave, but the stay was rendered quite unpleasant due to the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The fan that was provided helped make it bearable at night, but it was miserable to be in the room during the day.

Great place!
Charming hotel in the heart of Pamplona next to a beautiful park. Easy access on and off the Camino de Santiago. Walking distance to Plaza del Castillo and restaurants on San Nicolás. Nice stay!

Good value option in Pamplona
The location is great, it's in a quiet corner of the old town which was only a couple of minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants but nice and quiet, and it was an easy walk from the train and bus stations. The room was fairly basic but sufficient and clean with great wifi, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the noise echos a bit through the corridors so you can hear people dragging suitcases or closing doors, but it's a small hotel so it wasn't busy and it was quiet during the night. Compared to other options in Pamplona it was good value.

Convenient stay
We are walking the Camino and booked here. Clean and pleasant, great shower and easy to get into the main town. Also a short distance from our route. Lovey breakfast and coffee early in the morning.

HISTORIAS PARA NO DORMIR...
Ha sido incómoda, muy incómoda. Ya no es el hecho de que no haya recepción desde las 19:30. Es que, al volver a la noche a mi habitación, comprobé que la cama cojeaba de forma llamativa hasta el punto de tener la sensación de que se iba a desplomar en cualquier momento, y claro, no había personal al que dirigirse. Resumen, una noche "movidita" y con la calefacción como un horno y, tampoco se podía graduar!!! De pesadilla!!!

Bom hotel
Tivemos dificuldade para chegar ao local, já que o Waze apontava uma rua que era contramão. Se você chega de carro tem que informar o hotel e dar o número da placa do carro para não ser multado (você entra em uma zona de acesso restrito). O hotel tem atendentes simpáticos, fica perto das atrações principais e tem um café da manhã com preço razoável para o que oferece.
