When going to PCB I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! I have loved staying here for years and hope to for years to come. My grandkids absolutely love the resort!

The pictures of this hotel are outdated and very misleading. Acceptable for one night, but would have been awful to stay here multiple nights. Shower and bathroom were not clean. Tile floor in bedroom was dirty and turned the bottom of my feet black. The room smelled like wet mop and mold. However, AC was cold and the lodge was quiet. Parking was convenient. But extremely overpriced for what it is. I would compare this place to a run down Motel 6.

The staff was amazing! Rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The appearance online was a little misleading to the property currently. There is new management and they are working hard to make it better. Its in a great location and close to everything. The beach is a short walk across the street.

Got there to check in; nobody was there. Had to find another hotel to stay in. Staff would not answer the phone even after calling multiple times.

A equipe de funcionários é impecável, destaco Debbie e Vikki ( check in - check out ) Excelente, novas e grandes toalhas de banho. Localização perfeita, basta atravessar a rua e você estará no Panamá City Beach, uma praia inesquecível , por sua areia branca, temperatura da água maravilhosa. A melhor das melhores que conheci até então na Flórida. Parti para Destin, dizem que lá, ainda será mais belo ‼️

The pictures from the site do not match what the place looks like. The pictures make the place look amazing but in person theres alot to be desired. Staff was awesome thought could call and they answer right away. The bed was very comfortable. It has alot of potential. Very close to all kinda fun stuff

Didn't even stay at the property after arriving. Room was not as pictured at all, pool was dirty and closed. Roaches inside and outside the room. The room was disgusting and bed sheets were stained. People were outside our window talking to themselves. We left after I took photos for complaint and found a whole new hotel to stay at. I highly DON'T recommend.

This listing is complete and total false advertising. The entire property smells of cigarettes and vomit. The floor had literally brown dirt and slime on the floor, bugs in the bed and floor. We didn’t even touch anything we checked out immediately and the lady was like “okay, bye” like it was just an average day. I have disputed the charge and called the health department. The is no way someone wouldn’t catch live or scabies from this place and I don’t even want to know what the pool would do to them.

Property's photos were very deceiving, hotel was ran down and not well kept. Parking was super limited. It felt a little sketchy and I didn't feel safe. The staff was ok but seemed bothered when we requested a refund to terminate our stay. We stayed 1 night and booked another location for the rest of our stay.

The toilet had poop in it when we arrived and the bed sheets had stains on them. It looks like they were trying to renovate but never completed it so the hotel isn’t very well put together. The front desk receptionist was nice but wasn’t available to accommodate at all times.
