The cottage was wonderful. It held my family with plenty of room. The only complaint I personally had was there was a group of teenagers behind us on camp Im assuming and it was after 1 am before they stopped yelling and playing ball outside. I would assume they had to follow the rules as everyone else.

We loved staying there! There were plenty of places to sleep. Everything you need in a kitchen to cook was there. The only thing we didnt know till after we planned and paid was you do not get towels wash cloths or bedding unless you pay $15 per person to have all that for each person. But it was no big deal to us we just took our own. Other then that it was nice. There are pools , and plenty of outdoor games to play like corn hile basketball and other stuff. We were on front beach street so we could see the ocean but there were houses infront of us. But theres a walling area to get straight to the beach. We will definitely be going again. And staff was good. I only seen them once but they were bmvery nice.

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this room and the lack of support during my stay. The room was clearly not properly maintained or cleaned before check-in. The refrigerator was dirty, the windowsills were covered in dirt, and there was rust on the door hinges, metal shelves, and even inside the bathtub. The blinds were broken, and two of the bunk beds were missing screws, which felt unsafe. There were also multiple maintenance issues throughout the room, including peeling paint, paint patches ripped from the walls, black marks around the door handle, and an air conditioner filter that clearly needed cleaning. To make matters worse, the smoke detector needed a new battery and was not properly maintained. One of the biggest frustrations was that the office is closed on weekends, so there was no way to get assistance or report issues during most of the stay. Overall, the room felt neglected, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.

There’s only one vehicle allowed by the cottage, but they had parking lot down the road! Calm down was very well maintained, and the host were lenient with our late arrival and misunderstandings!!
