Room was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, only negative was the outdoor trash cans were overflowing and with the heat the smell was rough. Location was good if traveling around by car, we had a toddler with us so it was not feasible to walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check in to get ready for our anniversary dinner. The room was clean. Plenty of towels (usually not the case at other hotel brands). Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of handicap parking up front. An overall positive experience.

WE usually chose Hampton Inns because they are well maintained and clean with a decent breakfast. This particular Hampton was actually no different from the rest except for one thing. My wife woke up and found a cockroach dying in the bathtub with another little bug crawling around the bathroom floor. I took pictures and showed them to the front desk. The attendant said to send the pictures to them and that a manager would contact me. That was seven days ago. The only contact was through text and that the manager was too busy to deal with it, Seriously, I know that occasionally a bud shows up and it really is no one's fault. A simple, we are sorry and we will be having the place sprayed would have gone a long way but saying you are too busy to deal with a situation involving a customer is way wrong!!

Our room wasn't as clean as we would prefer it to be but it wasn't disgusting either. It seems like a busy place so it may have been turned around quickly. The breakfast was good with different options each day we were there. The staff was friendly when we checked in but after that it seemed like you were bothering them when we asked for our soaps and lotions to be refilled since they were empty to start with. Im thinking these issues arent normal practice. We would give them another chance if we were to go back to that area.
