The rooms are clean, the bed was very comfortable. They have been updating the rooms to include new beds. Breakfast is served on time, and is mostly Panamanian cuisine. They staff is very helpful. The area is walkable with stores and restaurants nearby. I would stay again.

No signage, difficult to find. Not well cleaned. Extremely dark parking garage. Exercise equipment out of order. Changed room number label while we were out (really!). Only one person at the counter, long wait to check in. Broken furniture. No outlet near the beds. Dirty shower.

First, and foremost the hotel is a dump! I was under the assumption that the hotel was a 3 star establishment. First, the breakfast subpar at best; the best thing to eat was the fresh pineapples; my room was old and worn out, the air conditioner left black watcher stain on the walls, there were tares on the walls, the bathroom tissue holder was broken. I tried contacting Expedia to get a refund or change of property but ai never heard back from them. The best thing was the receptionist and staff. That hotel needs attention IMMEDIATELY !

The hotel has great potential. The main downside was that the corridors in particular are mouldy and smell like the hotel has been under renovations recently. Everything else was decent. I traveled with my 9 year old niece and she liked the room and loved the pool. The housekeeping was impeccable. Rooms were cleaned very well and towels changed daily. Housekeeping even made my niece's bed and arranged her stuff toys - a very cute touch! The staff were also very pleasant and helpful, no complaints there. The buffet breakfast wasn't a huge variety but still quite nice for its simplicity. It's walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores which was great. There's even a sushi restaurant right next door.

The room was clean but the hallway smell was not very great. He did those carpets. I know your circulation. Maybe they need to replace the carpet with a different type of flooring. Breakfast was OK. One day was great. Coffee was very cold. I went to the big room of a friend who came visit. They charge me for the two hour State, which was very disappointing and embarrassing no other Hotel has ever done that in a big scheme of things. They’re losing out customers overall it was great location.

Yo Pedí reembolso por acá. En el hotel me dijeron que lo habían hecho y aún no me lo han cargado La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado solo me quedé una noche me cambié de habitación porque la primera tenía muy mal olor. Todo huele mal desde que entras en el elevador las opciones de desayuno no existen todo muy sucio y asqueroso pan viejo y todo en esas condiciones.

The ONLY Reason Why I Did Not Give This Hotel “ 1 STAR” Is Because There Were Staff Who Tried To Accommodate Me And Make My Stay At This Hotel More Pleasant, Than What Was Presented To Me. The IMAGES Of Their Rooms That They Have Online IS NOT WHAT THE ROOMS Look Like In Person! They Are Definitely FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Every Last Room That They Attempted To Book Me In WAS ABSOLUTELY NASTY, With Old, Broken Furniture, And Stained Bed Sheets… After Seeing Me Highly Disappointed With A Disgusted Demeanor, A Hotel Staff/Resident Offered Me One Of The Presidential Suites, In Which I Obliged Being That I Switched Hotels On The Night Of My Birthday… The Room Was 80% Better Than The Others, HOWEVER, The Room Also Had Broken Furniture… The Breakfast Food Was Limited And ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, And To Make Matters Worse, They (The Hotel Management) Decided To Switch From Their Current WI-FI Carrier, To FiberOptics Without Telling Us (The Guest). So, Instead Of Telling Foreign Travelers Of The Possible Complications And/Or Communication Restrictions, They Booked Us In, WITHOUT ANY INTERNET COMMUNICATION!!! They Didn’t Even Have Wi-Fi In The Lobby! We (Guest) Had To Leave The Hotel And Walk 2 Blocks In Any Direction AWAY FROM THE HOTEL In Order To Speak With Friends And Loved Ones. THERE WAS NO POSSIBLE WAY FOR ME TO CONTACT ANYONE While I Was In The Hotel!!!! As A Woman And Solo Traveler, This Is Very ALARMING And Dangerous!!! DO BETTER AND STOP BEING MISLEADING!!!
