"The carpet smelled damp upon arrival. No housekeeping. Living room TV and telephone didn't work. I called for assistance. No one came during the entire 5 day trip. Parking is too far from room. I was not aware of a parking fee. Great view. Horrible service. No breakfast options"

"It was clean but in need of updating. Very disappointing in that aspect. No love seat or sofa to sit on. The bed was old with springs! Appliances had rust and was old.
