"My check in was late in the day. I had a child with me who had mobility issues at that time. The initially chosen room for us was at the second floor but they found a way to look for a room for us at the ground floor in a short amount of time. Really appreciated that. The room was a bit warm or didn’t get cold enough and cellular and internet connections were dead in our area but didn’t matter to us at that time since we were only there overnight. "Sitio Uno is home away from home. My son and I stayed here for two weeks and we totally enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool is an accessible R&R place. "Overall, the state was wonderful, clean rooms and very helpful and courteous and kind staff the hotel shuttle that takes you from airport or close by places for free is a plus the shuttle also has various drop off points for a fee. This is truly amazing. There are many small details that make this hotel great in the way they do business with you and treat you. This was our second stay within a two week period will absolutely be staying there again when we are in town."

"The location is quiet and comfortable, though far from the nearest tourist destination. The hotel is generally clean, from the exterior to the pool, halls, and rooms. The elevator had a moldy smell though. The restaurant has adequate options for every kind of traveler, but they did have a special pastry that they can boast of as one of a kind and truly theirs.
