This was our first stop on arrival in Sri Lanka and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are wonderful, the food was gorgeous and the setting by the lake was idyllic. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have high ceilings and views of the lake. Altogether a great start to our holiday.

We are a married couple in our 60s, and have just spent a week here at the beginning of October. This is their low season, so the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, which suits us. Great place! We would stay again! They have a good size stretch of private beach. The resort is in a remote location so isolated from the main population. The misses loved it, but I think a stretch of four to five nights is enough for me. After that time I would get bored and start putting on weight :-) Prices outside your agreed package is priced twice as much as you would expect to pay elsewhere on the island. I. E.
