"We stay here with some regularity because we love the space, inside and outside the rooms,. The beds are always immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was much improved from our last stay with eggs/sausage/biscuits included and options for a no carb diet. Front desk and breakfast staff super helpful and pleasant. A couple of issues--1. room condition --several damaged spots including it looked like someone's dog before us had chewed out the bottom of the bathroom door. 2. Although dog friendly, no real dog space except hotel next door's back yard which is rarely cleaned. A fenced dog run would make our stay so much easier. 3. Communication system is like dealing with a psychotic person. We received an email for early check in. Tried to sign in multiple times and it kept dropping part of the information so ended up losing my name and making reservation under my husband's name. Invite to sign up said we'd receive the room key code & avoid front desk check in, but at the end of completing form, it told me to go to front desk to checkin . Paid for "deluxe" room on Expedia, but confirmation from hotel said standard room. When I asked at desk they said they would comp me the upgrade which seemed odd since the upgrade had already been paid for. In the end couldn't tell any difference in the "standard" and "deluxe". Accommodating on request for first floor room. Needs ramps from parking level to entrance sidewalk level for carts and wheelchairs. ADA requirement?"
