Beds are hard and second floor ameels like sewage. Front desk said that it was probably the ice machine again. "

"Beautiful place. You feel like you’re in town I Italy when you walk in to the Atrium. Nothing about this hotel felt like you were staying at a hotel. Including the doors to the rooms! The bar of snacks and the TV’s personally welcoming us by our names, was a nice touch as well! I’d give more than five stars if possible. Only thing I noticed that is barely worth mentioning … is the actual bathroom was a little small even for a hotel. "
