"Lovely appointed hotel, very peaceful, convenient and with secure parking. We used this hotel for a 2 day stop over, before catching the ferry to Santorini. Could not get a more luxurious and convenient hotel for the ferry!! Highly recommend the restaurant Peskesi in Heraklion (book) and a visit to Stilianou winery (both highlights of our brief but very comfortable stay at this hotel)."

"The room we stayed in was cleaned everyday and towels and ( coffee pods for the machine) replaced. I was initially slightly dubious about using the sister hotel facilities. But I can assure you it is literally 2 mins away, on a private beach. They have a lovely pool and the most amazing staff. We came for just 5 days and it was just so wonderful to relax and enjoy the surroundings and food and staff’s kindness."

"We stayed at the Pela Mare Hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful choice. We arrived late for check-in, and the manager, Giorgos, was waiting for us. He showed us to our room and even helped with our heavy luggage. The hotel is located on the hill. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and we spent our evenings on the balcony watching the lights of distant ships moving across the water, as well as the stunning changing colours of the sea and the charming coastal town. "Nous avons été très déçus car le logement est très reculé de tout. Sans compter le fait que l’hôtel ne propose absolument pas d’excursions ou de propositions d’excursions. Par ailleurs, le logement n’était pas du tout propre, le petit déjeuner pas du tout à notre goût, la piscine pas nettoyé donc personne ne s’y baignait. Bref un séjour très décevant pour notre part."
