"Staff is icy and unwelcoming. The bartender Cherise was castigating her coworkers the whole time we sat at the bar, it was so uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness. Light switch and coffee machine in room were jammed. The pool is nice, but everyone’s trash and used towels are left and not cleaned up. Pool towels aren’t refreshed so you have to bring one down from your room. We were told no vouchers for breakfast and to use the M Club. M Club breakfast was empty, so we were told by...

"The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. I was glad to see the security camera sign in the parking lot. The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case."

"The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did...
