"Beautiful chalet and perfectly clean and cozy, with two floors, jacuzzi bathtub, and the best part: a sun room off the main floor bedroom looking onto the lake. A perfect way to wake up in the morning. Kitchen had everything we needed. Some basics (salt, oil), would have been welcome. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "We had a completely perfect stay at Snohaus. The place was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, they even had a Christmas tree set up for us on arrival. The kitchen was very well equipped, we had plenty of towels, extra sheets, pillows, washing machine liquid. Anything you could need was there for us. They even had staff clear out snow around the house early in the morning so we could get in and out easily. The hot tub was ready at all times. Highly recommend. "

"Unfortunately, the mattress is too soft for me and doesn’t provide enough support, which makes me very uncomfortable for these 3 night's stay. I am sleeping on the first floor."
