"The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. I wasn’t expecting a kitchen in the room, but it proved to be very convenient. The only thing that I was disappointed in, was there wasn’t a charging station for my EV Hybrid vehicle."

"Great stay. Petty Harbour room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the private bathroom with shower and Native brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was a definite highlight during which the owner Rob offered recommendations and advice on the local sites, stories, and jokes a plenty. Fantastic location. Would absolutely stay again."

"We were happy to stay in a Canadian owned hotel and that it was pretty well situated related to downtown and the waterfront. The check-in person was a little chilly so it wasn’t a great first impression. Our room was very clean and well appointed but there was substantial street noise from motorcycles constantly driving by; I can only hope that’s seasonal! The hotel is music themed in all of the public spaces so it’s fun to see all of the classic rock star posters and pictures from the Rolling...

"Had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. The pool area was never monitored, as small kids vomited in the hot tub. As well the hot tub jets were out of service on 2 different occasions. Service at the restaurant was not the greatest. For the most part, my week went well, but this was a lot of issues for a 5 night stay."
