"Went here with a friend for a few nights. It was a perfect little getaway. The staff are all very friendly, it was clean and lovely. The food and drinks were great and there was great entertainment and activities. You can walk to a beautiful beach nearby and to Atlantis, which is free to wander around at night. We also walked to Nassau, it took about 35 minutes but was a great outing. Very safe area and just beautiful."

"Room was clean, however we booked the cove and multiple maintenances were being done on the property. Spa was not available, the original adult pool was not available, loud drilling noises on the building balcony was being done early in the morning."

"television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return"

"Very hospitable and friendly staff! A bit of a walk to downtown but you can easily take a taxi by downloading “aquarides” or taking the local bus (which is cheap). The area itself isn’t the best but no one gave us any problems. The restaurant upstairs had reasonably priced food and it tasted yummy. "

For the cost of this hotel etc I expected so much more. 70% of the staff are either rude, ignore you or look at you like you’re an inconvenience. "This was our second time at the resort and we were very happy with our stay; especially with staff Lisel (restaurant manager) who was so organized and friendly and Darvin (lifeguard) who was so personable and always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed each day. Staff like this is why we have returned. I’m hopeful they get recognized as they truly went above and beyond! and both went above above "

"The overall experience was just something we could have easily avoided. I stayed to catch my other flight in the morning and I called a head of time to request a late check out and by 11 house keeping is knocking on my door aggressively asking me what time is my check out"

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."

"The property is still very nice good value for price paid, staff friendly and inviting also helpful. It's a nice stay close enough to several main activities. Property does require some in room repairs and refinishing. But overall not bad at all. See you soon"
