Immaculate room, delicious breakfast, very nice pool, manicured property with a great location, and MOST of all the staff was exceptional, every single one of them that I encountered was professional, courteous and accommodating. "Property clean. Food hit n miss. Sometimes cold. Same food. Snack bar good. Waiters slow and had to ask a manager several times for refill. Room AC not cold for us. Found what looked like blood on sheets. Bartenders ok but drinks seems to be watered down. Staff doesn't seem welcoming. More like you are bothering them versus making your stay enjoyable. Need more entertainment. With changes, could be great hotel."
