"Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen um von Benitses die Insel zu erkunden mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Am Pool mit Meerblick kann man sich auch sehr gut erholen. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist, dass das Zimmer etwas Muffig gerochen hat und die Klima einen kleinen Wackelkontakt hat. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl dort gefühlt und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut."

À notre arrivée pour 2 nuits réservées via Expedia, après un accueil très théâtral, on nous annonce soudain qu’aucune chambre n’est disponible à cause d’un prétendu problème électrique. Aucun appel, aucun email avant notre venue, alors que l’hôtel avait tous nos contacts. L’explication semblait inventée : on nous dit qu’aucune...

Jongedame (Lola) vriendelijk Staat van (bad)kamers; erbarmelijk, smerige douche cabine, last van rioolvliegjes, belachelijk dat er geen hor/hordeuren aanwezig zijn. Geen dagelijkse schoonmaak/handdoeken, denk aan toiletpapier in prullenbakjes. Conclusie; niet heengaan! "

It is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, but in reality it's more of a "some-inclusive" hotel, you never know what's included and what isn't, and nobody clearly explains it. We booked a Junior Suite with a "jetted tub." There was no jetted feature at all, just a tub with the jetted feature not working. "Als Griechenland und Mitsis Hotels Fans, waren wir für 10 Nächte Gäste im Mitsis Messonghi. Es hat uns nicht enttäuscht auch dieses Mitsis Hotel zu buchen. Wir waren mit ALLEM sehr zufrieden, dem guten Mitsis Standard sei Dank. Als Einziger, kleiner Kritikpunkt würde ich die Reinigung unseres Bungalowzimmers bemängeln, natürlich hätte man sich beschweren können aber dafür gehe ich nicht in den Urlaub, kurz selbst drüberwischen und alles ist gut. Wir haben sogar für nächstes Jahr schon gebucht...

"This is a lovely hotel run by a fantastic team who go above and beyond to make your stay very special. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful sea view across to the mainland. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of freshly prepared food and drink. We had a hire car, but there are bus stops outside the hotel, taking you to Corfu town or down the coast to Benitses for a good range of restaurants. This is a great hotel with a level of service...
