Great place to stay. Lovely breakfast and room service for meals! The bed was big and so conformable plus conformable pillows.
The only small issue was that we only had one bath towel in the toilet so that issue must be put right. Couples need two towels and not one.

Listed as 1400 check in 1200 check out in my booking. Arrived at around 1330 due to flight time, I was able to check into my room.
The night before I check out I requested for a 1300 check out so I can use my bathroom after a morning walk before I go to the airport. It was granted.
Only down side was one of the staffs in front desk not able to speak English. But they were the one who let me have a late check out. I typed in Google Translate and they said OK.

Superbly located , friendly , lovely food and drinks , fabulous spa
Two members of staff , Vanessa and Marina , were so kind , warm and friendly . Wonderful people that Radisson should be proud to have on their team
Only small criticism was the the room shower was really not good but it feels harsh to criticise such a fabulous hotel based on that

We stayed here purely to visit the Falls. Whilst there isn't a huge amount to do in Foz city, the hotel was comfortable, well appointed and perfectly located via uber for the falls, local restaurants and the airport. Clean, modern and a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle outside.
