"I'll start with communication: it wasn't awesome, but that could be because I'm disorganized, and didn't have service unless I had wifi (figured that issue out finally, whew), but I really wasn't sure of the check in instructions or where to park or anything upon arrival. Check in process through email was very easy. We had no issues. Communication was quick and effective. We were able to store our luggage for 1 Euro since we arrived early.
