"Our stay was wonderful -- everything was exactly as stated. The room and bathroom were clean. All requests were taken care of quickly and with great communication! The area is quiet and very convenient to the train station/bus station. There is a grocery store across the street that was very helpful when we needed a few items on our trip. "I usually do not write bad reviews. We arrived at 3 pm, the owner was clearly bothered by our presence. He wanted to retain our Ids until the next day—a no go. The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone.
