"It was a peaceful couple of nights.The views are worth paying for. There was a problem when we got there because we had chosen a room with a “Mountain View” and we were given a room that did not have a “Mountain View”. After ten minutes, the appropriate accommodations were made and we were given the room we had reserved online. Thank you to management for making things right. But overall it’s a great place to stay. "

"My wife made a mistake on the date she made a reservation for. Right after the reservation email came we saw it was wrong and we called Expedia to try to change the date. Expedia told us to talk to the property (that they would have to approve the change). We were in Page at the time so we went over there. They said we would need to speak with Expedia to approve the change. Then the lady at the counter got manager on the phone and she refused to allow us to change the date to when we need it in...

"When the staff cleaned the room they only made 1 bed only emptied 1 garbage can left no clean towels and never dusted or the top of the fridge or cabinets does not help when you have allergies Probably need to train the staff a little more "

"The property is nothing like the description. It is old and disgusting. It has the quality inn sign. The name given in the reservation is different than the name on the building. The front desk was full of boxes and clutter. The person could not even find a pen in the pile of papers cleaning supplies all on the front counter. It was hot and was looking forward to enjoying the pool and it was black and covered in a tbick film that looked like oil sludge and trash bags. We had luggage and the...
