"My wife and I enjoyed a week stay with breakfast and dinner included. The food was superb, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was excellent being central to the town. We appreciated the short walk to either gondola station and the ski storage room with boot and glove heaters in our locker. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hotel offered a free reception with wine and appetizers in the bar. We plan to make this an annual trip!"

"We stayed at the hotel in connection with the MilanoCortina 2026 Olympic Games. We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station. Marlis (the hotel owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. On a scale from 1 to 10, we would give a strong 10."

"This is a nice hotel in the center of town. Unfortunately we had rooms #6 and #9 which are extremely small compared to other rooms. The location of this hotel in the center of town and in walking distance to both lifts was the best part of staying here."
