"It was wonderful. Pedro snd Enrique welcomed us at reception. They were great. Our room was ready. We couldn’t have an upgrade as there were no rooms available. We did have a lovely spacious room though and great shower room.
We also booked a premium room for our daughter and family which was fab and close by. We spent most of the day at the pool. Sunbeds and towels provided and lifeguard all day.
It was really fabulous trip"

"Hotel was nice. They provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. There is food in walking distance. I’m American and the hotel itself was a little too warm for me. Besides that the staff was nice. It’s dog friendly and the people loved my dog and gave him water. "
"The AM reception looked strict, tired and even the Reception manager was neither genuinely friendly nor being helpful.
Except the old lady, the rest of housekeeping staffs we encountered hardly smiled and did not even reply the simple greetings (like hello or good morning). We took a taxi in the morning ... the hotel staff just dropped the 6+ big luggage to the taxi driver (when none of us was there yet to attend our luggage); he didn’t help carry any of them to the car and luckily they’re not...

Location is about 20-25 min from many common destinations. We didn’t use metro but there was a main stop right nearby.
