"Room was clean, beds comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good, bathroom nice, shower was perfect, always hot available. Good location and some handy shops nearby for essentials. Peaceful nights sleep, building was quiet at night during our stay. I would consider staying here again."

"I was very pleased with my stay here. Very close to old town, a very historic neighborhood, not too far from Schindler's passage, restaurants, Żabkas!!!!!, Vistula River walk and the train stations. The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious, room service ensured that our rooms were clean, that we had fresh towels and were very thorough. I will definitely return!"

"We had a great stay at this hotel which is on the south side of the river about a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. There is a tram station very close-by. The rooms were well furnished and a reasonable size. The bathroom had a bath/shower. We booked a river-view room and felt that this was well worth the extra cost. The breakfast was fabulous and one of the best that we have had in any hotel. There is a fantastic range of items, the restaurant is spacious and items are kept topped up. We also used the small pool and spa. Overall, a great stay and we would look to stay here again if we returned to Krakow."
