The room was nice enough and big for our family of 5. However, the pool was quite dirty and very small. So crowded during the day. The parking was the absolute worst thing I've ever encountered. The stalls are very narrow and hard to maneuver any vehicle into one spot. Nowhere did it say that you had to bring a compact car on the listing because that's basically all the could fit into one stall. Then to make it worse you have to pay $25 a day to park there. Also we got a parking ticket right before we checked out. Pretty sure the ceiling is aspestos too. Terrible terrible will never stay here again.

Spacious, cute condo in the Canyons Village. Excellent value and great service from on site housekeeping. Parking was extremely convenient.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was very clean and welcoming. I loved the jetted tub it was a relaxing surprise. The staff in the lobby was very informative and helpful.

Beautiful place in a great location. Very clean and well appointed rooms. The check in desk was very slow and confusing. There are 2 separate check in areas. one for the Sundial and one for the Sundial "All Seasons" Make sure you are in the right line before you waste 30 minutes standing in the wrong one. There is additional $25 a night for parking. Our beautiful Saturday morning was ruined by construction outside our room.

I booked this resort without much thought. My main concern was the proximity to the concert that night. Needless to say, our stay was incredible, the room was perfect and the staff top notch. AND the concert was so close and all the fun activities between the resort and the venue was so lovely. Can't wait to come back!

The condo was great, in a good location. Dining options around the condos were okay, not great. The parking garage is very tight.

Hotel is right on the plaza and there are several restaurants nearby, and you can walk to anything you need to very quickly. Close to the lift and gondola. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint was that our bedding was a little bit outdated as the mattress was not very comfortable.

I loved how spacious the room was. Two bedroom suite but also had a pullout couch, could have fit 6 people. The check in was easy and the lodge is nearby everything you need. Rooms were clean. I would just suggest fixing up the blinds as one of the wood blinds was broken and people could see into our room. Luckily had a bathroom with a door that closed. The doors also need a little adjusting, they were titled and hard to close. Other than that, this was a wonderful peaceful place to stay.

We liked the location and the ease of getting to the areas within Park City without feeling downtown traffic congestion. The property is quiet and relaxing. It was a nice summer retreat.

Check in was pretty ridiculous. We had to pay $25 a night extra that was never mentioned to park in a dark dank underground parking garage that was plastered with disgusting thick white filthy black corroded insulation, must have been exhaust from vehicles among other nasty things living up there! It was just gross and expensive! It was frustrating that when we booked it happened to be with a third party so you had to get your key out of a lock box that they send a code to you in a text. It really makes checking in very impersonable and not inviting at all! They didn't provide housekeeping of any kind, you couldn't get extra supplies like towels or extra toiletries or toilet paper because the person down at the regular check in refused to give us anything. We also had to take care of our own garbage which just made things inconvenient because you couldn't find a place to discard it other than regular garbage cans in the lobby where it doesn't fit. The sofa bed on the room that was supposed to be considered a second bed for the room was absolutely hideous!!! Not only was it old and broken but it took an hour to figure out how to pull it out to set it up and while doing so it practically pulled the whole bed apart! Talk about lumpy, hard and super uncomfortable!! The floor would probably have been more comfortable. The decor in the room was outdated and looked pitiful! Property was very nice. The property management was not run well. There was a front desk, but no one in charge of “our room” or “our property” was there. Someone in charge of another property ran the desk and was not able to help us. Also, the description failed to state that there is a $25 fee per car per day to park in the garage. That was not a pleasant surprise. Communication for the property was the worst we’ve encountered. The property was clean and nice. Scenery was beautiful.

The property is very nice and well maintained. We were there for a few days in July 2025. They are building a gondola across the street so there is some construction noise. If you keep your windows closed you do not hear it . The bed was very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature. The restaurants in the area are all good . We enjoyed The Edge and the ramen restaurant was excellent. All right next door . The gondola is right next door open in summer . The area hosts summer music concerts. It was dry here but during the day can get hot so check the weather. Its high desert always cools off at night. Lots of mountain biking here and hiking . The condo is well equipped for cooking and they have a washer and dryer . It’s so close to the gondola makes a ski vacation easy in the winter!
