"Brandon made it easy and pleasant to check in and welcomed us on short notice from our VBRO cancelling due to no a/c. Glad he was able to make things easy to manage on a peak weekend. Great customer skills! Also he really took one for the team working when other colleagues called out. Kudos to him for bing a team player, hope they treat him well to kept him!"
"We had a great time. We're pretty sure they kept the heater on in the pool, in the middle of a heatwave though. It was a good time and their attention to detail, even down to raking out the pathways, it was something wonderful to see. Thank you for a great experience. I'm sure we'll be back."
