"Property grew on us. When we arrived at 1:30 we were told we could check in early for $20 or wait another hour and a half. Out of principle, I opted to wait because clearly the room was ready, it was just a money grab. I don’t blame the workers bc I’m sure they are just following procedure. The rooms are clean, we used the kitchen to cook every morning, we used the grill on the roof next door, and really enjoyed the accessibility to the ferry. "I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young.
