"Know when you’re going there that you need to ask for room service. I could not get my room cleaned. My towels were either placed on the desk or on the toilet seat. No coffee replaced, no soap and shampoo replaced. The one morning I went down for breakfast they weren’t open and then when they did openthe coffee was cold, sausage was cold, not impressed. "The room was clean. That's There about the only positive. The large vinyl /leather? chair was very worn. Worst of all was the awful mattress. I sat on the edge of it and almost sunk to the floor. No one could sleep on that side, so I tried the other side. It was a little better, but still very uncomfortable. I had very little sleep.
I plugged in my phone charger next to the bed, and my phone was dead in the morning."

"I picked this hotel excited about the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was out of service and blocked off. Pool water was cold. I had a poolside room and the door key lock did not work from the pool side, only the outer hallway. Not well maintained. The restaurant onsite was really good. You can tell they tried to fix up the hotel at one point but didn't do a great job. I skipped the shower because the bathroom was kind of dingy."
