"The pool heater was out, TV cable was shorting out so the picture was fuzzy (which we figured out), room was dusty and coffee counter was not wiped off, no coffee or cups in the room. We had to go downstairs several times. The breakfast was pathetic, stale cereal and bagels, no waffle batter and not much to available. "
"The room is great I love how it came with a kitchen . I loved the closet and how everything can be organized. The bed was comfortable. Great location . Near food and Starbucks. . The property was very clean and the pool and hot tub was clean and perfect temperature . "
"The rooms are so nice and clean. This is a great hotel. The owners are so kind. We’ll talk with you. Any questions you have. The desk clerks are so professional. Housekeepers very polite. There’s great breakfast every morning with options. I will stay at this hotel again

"After breaking down on the hwy with 6 horses which made it a late check in. At 10:30 a tribe of teens running a shouting down the hall made it very unpleasant. Just wanted 4 hours to relax before getting back on the road.

"When we arrived we were assigned a room on the second floor. We rode up the elevator, and noticed that the room roughly above the lobby seemed to be having issues as the staff entered it with a mop bucket. When we entered our assigned room there was a very strong odor. It smelled like the antibiotic amoxicillin, but also stagnant wet air. We went back down, and were moved without any issues to a nice room that was clean on the 4th floor. The only other this was water was pouring down the light fixture in the lobby. They were also trying to address that. The staff were really nice."
