Francesca and the rest of the reception staff were fantastic and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very upscale contemporary! We slept well. Walkable in about two minutes from the train station. 16-18 minutes to walk to city center or a 5 minute; 9 euro cab ride. This was perhaps the best hotel we've stayed at during our trip to Greece and Italy, and definitely the best value! Highly recommend. They even have a gym and a morning breakfast buffet.

We chose this because it was right next to the train station. That way we were able to just dump our bags and then go and explore Parma. The next day we did a really great tour for cheese, ham and vinegar in the area. They allow us to keep our bags there all day, which is so helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Could not recommend this hotel too highly. You are often told not to stay near a railway station, but this is a gem. Staff, particularly Vincenzo and Davide were a delight, and everything was close and convenient. The restaurant and bar at the hotel were also excellent.

Everything is good about the hotel except the people you see near the hotel are not Italians, they are migrants, and the vibe is unpleasant. If you only want to see Italians stay in the historic center.

We chose this hotel because we came in on the train from Rome and it was a short walk to the property. Emmanuela at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very modern and clean. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding! So many items to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Right next time the train station but quiet. There is a ten minute walk to the main area. A 15 min walk to the grocery stores (conad Lidl and laundry mat). The air conditioning is weak.

Very good

The room was clean, modern and we had a balcony that we open it during the night for fresh air. In Italy they don’t have the air on all the times, specially winter and spring and the room can get stuffy. Luckily we could open the door from the balcony. Nice bathroom too. The area is okay, but very convenient if you arrive by train.
