"Staff was very rude. The air conditioner was not working and told them to change the room simple answer was we dont have any other room ok that i can understands but told them to give another room tomorrow answer was we will see. Told them to atleast provide the fan answer we dont have fans and our technician is on holiday for 3days. All we can do is open windows and nothing else. No microwave and no hot water kettle was procias there is no person at the reception and phone in the room. Pathetic...

"Conveniently located to the airport, train station to Geneva city centre and the shuttle runs very frequently. Staff are super friendly, lovely and helpful. The restaurant’s food are delicious. The room nice..good size and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay if travelling to Geneva again."

"The shuttle was very timely. It was helpful to have access to a restaurant from early afternoon through dinner. Received bus passes we used to drive bus to downtown Geneva for dinner. Rooms were clean and updated., Very nice bathroom. I would stay there again."
