Just returned from the Tremezzo on Lake Como and Grand Palace on Lake Lucern. Just needed somewhere to sleep on our journey back to the U.K. We got much more than that. Thank you. We would send the Management from some much much more expensive Hotels to your Business to see how it is done correctly....again thank you. We had a truly excellent meal in your restaurant served by two superb young staff. Our room and especially the bathroom were as master piece of simple and beautiful...

Unfortunately the hotel is close to a busy road. On the positive side the staff very helpful and friendly.

Lovely welcome. Pool and sauna a bonus. Comfortable bed and good sized room. The owner gave a very good recommendation for a local restaurant and explained where to park and how to find it. All in all a lovely stay.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff.

Overall, it was an excellent stay. The patron was very helpful but it would have been nice if he spoke just a tiny bit of anglais. We muddled through with my tiny bit of schoolboy french and many gestures. The kitchen/dining area was well equipped, it was a case of working everything out for myself. The communal lounge was pleasant enough but little used as the fire had a mind of it's own, it was only on once briefly during my 5 night stay, and the wi-fi didn't work in that area which was a...

Vacances en famille dans le gîte Fresne pendant une semaine. Vue magnifique sur la piscine et le parc. Nous avions une terrasse privée avec barbecue au gaz à notre disposition. Le parc de la propriété offre aussi la possibilité de manger sur place avec barbecue au charbon à disposition. Le logement est bien fourni et conforme à la description. Great hotel with friendly and attentive staff who do everything they can to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. Well appointed public spaces and a fine restaurant- Chef is a master of his art and the selection of cheeses is superb.
