"Highly recommend. Gorgeous, central location overlooking the main Plaza and church tower. Incredible service - Maurice went above and beyond, meeting me at the town border to guide me through town to the parking spot, carrying my suitcase to and from my room, and providing me excellent advice on dining and sights. I also loved the rooftop gourmet breakfast and well-stocked honor bar. Such a thoughtful place to stay."

"Encanto is a charming boutique hotel centrally located in Canillas de Aceituno. The owner provides excellent explanations and warm hospitality. The breakfast is delicious, and the value for money is unbeatable. Room 5, situated quietly in the courtyard, uniquely offers direct access to the pool. Overall, a wonderful place for a relaxing stay."

"Although arriving at 2AM, very warm welcome form our host; kind and willing to help and advise his best recommandation to tour the region. Would defintaley stay there again if neede. Quite room and surroundings for a restfull night."

"Really comfy, clean room but a few oddities - no door on the bathroom which is fine for a solo traveller but maybe not ideal for couples, front door lock broke and wasn’t fixed until the following day (was removed completely!), nespresso machine broke and was removed. Shower was good but wet room style. I was on the ground floor so a bit noisy. Just something to be aware of. Staff were very helpful."

"Me and my husband stayed in room 1 for 1 night and we were blown away by the great standard of La Vieja Botica. The room was excellent, loved the interior. The bed and the linen was luxurious as well as the towels. The host was so sweet and helpful in every way. We would very much recommend this place and would like to come again. "Amazing place to stay - modern, clean, excellent location in the city center yet calm place to relax. There is bar downstairs but no significant noice even on Friday night, just people talking. We could sleep comfortably with the window open. Also check in experience was very good and welcoming."

"It was a 2 night break from routine during a regular holiday. The hotel and related service was good although the absence of out of hours help and restaurants/catering finishing at 4.30pm was a minor stress. The big "plus" for us was the nearby beach (30 minute walk) and associated eateries. Añoreta prom was a worthy visit"

"Dejligt værelse på hovedpladsen i Competa. Hotellets placering kræver, at gæsten er klar til at deltage i festen på torvet, der varer til langt ud på aftenen. Vi ville gerne have boet et par gader væk. Kan bestemt anbefales for dig, der kan lide fest på torvet."
