"Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly mother before heading to Lisbon then Porto. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this resort. The concierge graciously helped us find a wheelchair rental to help get around the property and many restaurants on site. "El hotel realmente no es un 4 estrellas al menos para España . El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es pobre la fruta está buena pero el café es malísimo, y bueno en general hay pocas cosas. "The location in old town was excellent as was the amazing sea view. The staff was lovely and helpful.
Unfortunately, the bed had a top sheet and no blanket/duvet. There were comforters in a closet but we had no idea if they were previously used so did not use them. The towels were subpar and had a few holes in them.
Our air conditioning never really kicked in and it was hot.
For location, staff and view I would stay there. Know that other things in the room are not 4 stars."
