"We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!"

With that in mind, there were a few things the hotel still needed to complete or work out, such as: no garbage bins anywhere outside the rooms (but staff were more than happy to help with disposal in common areas), no fan / ventilation in the bathrooms making it difficult for swimwear to dry (can alternatively dry on the balconies), the cushions on loungers were left out during the rain so were still soaked the next morning when it was...
