Very clean-- nice area to really relax. I just had to get a board to fit across right when you start up the ramp.cause a big hole. I had my special needs son with me so that wasn't safe for him. But everything was excellent. Oh need a handheld shower head. My son sitting on chair and it was very hard to wash him. He is 36. But loved the setup.
