"The check in process was an absolute nightmare. The link to check in with all instructions was sent so late while I was already in the airplane and had no internet and after arrival, I had to open roaming to get the verification codes via text message to be able to check in. So they cost me the roaming fee as well as so much hassle to get the instructions. My friend who was staying with me knew spanish and that is the only way we could make it work. They don't speack English...very very poor...
