"The apartment itself was wonderfully located, clean, and safe. The communication prior to check in was ridiculous. I was messaged no less than 5 times regarding payment request for cleaning fees that had already been paid. Then in the middle of the night the night before I was to check in, I was sent a message saying my payment for the apartment had been declined. I paid two months earlier and it was processed just fine. There was ZERO communication after that message so I had no idea whether...
