"The hotel is just ok since it needs some maintenance and paint work all over. Check in staff was not welcoming at all. No interaction but to request for our passports only and give us our room key. Literally, that and picking your keys from a box in an envelope with our names on it, would've been the same. Amenities felt poor considering that it's a 4 star hotel. "Parking was adecuate. Breakfast was poor although the attendants were excelent. The cafeteria and bar hrs are a mess. Locatio is ok but a good 10-15 minutes walk to bars and restaurants on the area."

"The main issue with this hotel was that their reception is now not in the hotel, but down the road in-town, in a bar just behind the local hairdressers, about 5 mins' walk away. They sign this up in English on the former reception door, but it certainly helps to have some Spanish when looking for the current reception office in the local bar. "Das Hotel ist sehr haustierfreundlich. Wir hatten auf unserem Zimmer eine Schlafmatte, Näpfe und sogar Leckerlies für unseren Hund. Man muss zwar auch einen Aufschlag mit Hund zahlen, aber in den meisten anderen Hotels bekommt man für die Mehrkosten keine zusätzliche Leistung. Man hätte auch in einem separaten Raum mit Hund essen können. Für eine Gassirunde am Abend und am Morgen gibt es auch genügend Grünfläche um das Hotel herum."
