It takes long wait for the elevator to come each time I use it and being in the 18th floor, if I was in the lower floors,using stairs could be faster. 1 elevator was not in order for 3-4 days. There are 42 floors with only 2-3 elevators???available. Total elevators only 4 for 42 floor building, seems like poor planning "

"This is not a hotel this is someone's apartment. When I tried to enter the building the front desk said they are not accepting new residents due to coronavirus restrictions. I tried to contact the person I booked with and they said I need to go the hospital and get a health certificate? I didn't have the time to do that so I told them to cancel the booking. However they didn't cancel it, so I tried to cancel it with hotels.com support. But hotels.com support said they contacted the person I...

"This was a wonderful place to stay a few days. It felt likes staying in a home instead of a hotel. "

"My first time on a hotel condo, after driving 6 hours, guard at front desk unaware of voucher, called the number given and she talked to him and agreed. Then guard wont allow us to park outside open parking and threatened us of being towed. Yet many are parked overnight. Bed mattress and bedsheets stained overused I had to borrow from relatives nearby even pillow case. The only positive is view is panoramic."
