"Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. "

"The Towel is so dirty and the customer service is worse. We ask why the room door lock was spoilt and the interior electic wire box was damage. There is hair on the bed. This is really becoming a motel instead of hotel. Hotel lobby full of cars and its a bus terminal . The only good point is the location and they offer double queen size bed at a reasonable price."

"No issues during check in but air cond in the room need to do some servicing as it was not cool at all. Room key card was unable to use and I had to wait about 15 mins for technician to come and replace a new card."

"Begitu masuk...data reservasi tidak bisa dibaca. Diarahkan ke kamar yg kecilnya hanya 3x3 tanpa jendela, dan ada pintu belakang mengarah ke penampungan air...kayak gudang. Minta ganti tdk beralasan penuh padahal tidak ada satupun tamu yg terlihat. Akhirnya bs diganti dg alasan reservasi tertulis minta king size bed dan utk kamar yg diberikan single bed. Disuruh menunggu 1 jam untuk membersihkan kamar. selama menunggu, tidak diberikan complimentary apapun. Suara bising...sedang ada...
