"Do you like being messaged endlessly after you left the hotel? I have been contacted by this property more than 9 times in the past 24 hours asking me to leave a review. Nice location. Rooms are pretty uncomfortable and down a dark corridor facing an abandoned office chair. Limited power supply to recharge your stuff. Morning experience was a half-naked guy in the foyer shouting at random people. "

"We booked this hotel for my wife’s parents to celebrate a birthday, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. The room was in poor condition and did not match the photos at all. It was also noticeably dirty, with dust everywhere. Even basic amenities were missing, no slippers were provided, and they were asked to buy low-quality ones for €2, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. We had also informed the hotel in advance about the birthday, yet there was zero acknowledgment, not even a simple “happy birthday” at reception. They have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this was by far the worst experience. Would not recommend."

"The location of the hotel is superb, right in the old town, but also very close to Balti Jaama Turg, which is a very nice local market. It’s very close to many attractions making it easy to explore by walking. There’s a nice bakery across the street from the hotel and many nice restaurants in the same street. The staff were incredibly kind during check-in, explaining how the hotel is also a historical building. At check-out, I was a bit late and they were also lenient about it, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! "

"Excellent hotel this, and close to train station/bus stops and a short walk to ferry port. Felt really fresh and new. The whole hotel was clean and the decor was superb. My room was a single but plenty of space for me and bed comfortable. Bathroom was very good as was shower. Staff were excellent throughout the stay and breakfast was very good. I will go back to Tallinn as its a wonderful city and i will definitely be staying in this hotel again"
