"We really liked the hotel's location. It was easy to get into the Old Town and to the beach area. Also we had a great view of the Arts & Science Park from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was the standard of the breakfast. The hot food items were not really hot and seemed to have been out for a while. Also the fresh fruit, although plentiful, did not have much variety. For the price of the breakfast, we had expected better. Having said that, we were happy with all other aspects of our stay, and would definitely return."

"A really great stay at this hotel, really easy to get around with 2 metro’s near, and plenty of buses. The pool is a great little addition, and is very well maintained (the whole hotel was really). Food was also very good, and breakfast was excellent, everything was always available. Staff are very nice despite not speaking a lot of English. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfy, great nights sleep. Housekeeping was also very friendly! Would recommend this hotel."

Did not like the lack of amenities that I had when I stayed in the Ilunion 4 - I realized after booking that there were different room "levels" that would have given me more amenities, such as a fridge in the room and a couch - lesson learned for next time. I also liked the "welcome water" in the lobby every day."
