"We had an interesting experience with Hotel Bell 3. Arrived at the airport around 10am, and were supposed to be picked up by the hotel's driver. Well, it took us 1hr and 10-15 minutes to clear passport control, and once we got our luggage and went outside, driver was no where around. We called the hotel and they told us that the driver "waited an hour and left". However, he demanded that we pay him just the same. We took an Uber (taxi) to the hotel, which was $98 (quoted $68). We, of course...

"Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip."

"Beautiful bakery and accommodations! We only stayed one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. Filippo was incredibly kind and helpful. The room had complimentary snacks and Prosecco, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. He also helped us get to the airport. Terrasini and the bakery are worth seeing. "This hotel is a little hidden treasure . The views are spectacular. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent . The pool and surrounding shower amenities are very good . Lovely that you have a secure stairs that is roped to take a dip in the sea . I will return again a truly wonderful vacation"

"The Hotel was very nice, tucked away just off, of one of the main corsi. An ideal location for all the sightseeing. The staff were very helpful. They arranged pickup from the airport, and as we arrived late Peppo, checked us in and showed us our room. I was okay with the breakfast, but If you want a large brekki maybe go elsewhere for breakfast. I would definitely go back if I get the chance. Fab little Hotel"

"The hotel is good but has no atmosphere the staff don’t go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. It’s just a job to them. I wouldn’t stay there again even though the accommodation was good it was just unwelcoming to us. Breakfast typically Italian nice choice of cold meat and cheese and sweets. There was no directory to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we ran out of toilet paper we tried 0 and 1 no answer definitely the staff need to brighten up and show some enthusiasm."

"We had a wonderful time. We traveled with the in-laws and teenagers. The property had a little something for everyone with the multiple pools and private beach access. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Palermo area and wanting to enjoy time in the sun."
