"We loved this boutique-style hotel! It's in the desirable, mostly residential Palermo neighborhood, within walking distance of great restaurants and lovely parks. Even the popular yellow "Red Line" tour bus had a stop three blocks away. The room was more the size of a studio apartment, with a couch, kitchenette, and breakfast bar. The king-size bed had a memory-foam mattress that was so comfortable! Front-desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is incredibly clean, and air...

"The gal that works the reception is an absolute delight. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It might need a tiny bit of maintenance in certain places like scratches on the floor but it’s perfectly clean, safe and the beds are firm and comfy. Don’t even doubt it. I’ve stayed two times now"

"Fantastic stay at Fierro Hotel in Palermo Soho. The rooftop terrace suite with private jacuzzi was a real highlight, and the facilities throughout are excellent. The staff truly stand out — especially Antonella and Victoria — who were warm and attentive throughout. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve had, served all the way until 3pm, which is perfect for Buenos Aires nightlife. Also worth finding the hidden New York subway–style bar just around the corner. Highly recommend."

"I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is a beautiful building in an excellent location. I felt safe there as a solo traveler. The staff were kind and friendly. The room and its bathroom were very large and perfectly clean. The included breakfast was delicious and had multiple options. There is a lovely lobby and an outdoor courtyard to enjoy as well. I would definitely stay here again. "
