Beautiful and Relaxing

Beautiful boutique hotel that is walking distance to the Port, Shopping and restaurants. Staff were EXCELLENT and very helpful. We were there for a short stay in early August and driving. As in anywhere in Greece, parking is an issue but the Hotel has dedicated spots. Call ahead to otganise, but we easily found a spots nearby and it wasn't a problem.

Excellent stay in Patras

Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Patras. Easily walkable to many many dining options. Parking is hard but there are reserved spots in front of the hotel. You have to be buzzed in the front door but it adds a level of security that is comforting. The room was very nice. Reminded me of pictures of a French palace. Everything was very nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Ok hotel

Only stayed one night but not a good night's sleep. Two individually made single beds pushed together when i booked a queen bed. Thin pillows. Bright flashing lights on the ceiling and a bright green luminous exit light on the wall. Like sleeping in a disco.

Excellent stay

This is a small hotel and the two staff members were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very dated and our mattress needed to be retired. The three toppers they added didn't help and the middle layer made it worse. The stuffing in each quilt had balled up from washing and drying so that it felt like sleeping on a bed covered in soft golf balls. Also the breakfast was mediocre at best. I recommend grabbing a pita and coffee in any of the nearby coffee shops.

The room was lovely, the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was not very good....eggs in warmer dried out and not good. Convenient but not worth the money.

Although the hotel is excellent from an aesthetic point of view, it lacks excellence. The reception communication was disproportionate to what the hotel stands for. For example, on the last day in the morning the room did not have hot water. We had to ask for a second pair of shower gel and shampoo when they knew we were two people. Overall I wouldn't recommend it.

non ho usurfruito della colazione e per questo non lho valutata . In generale camera piccola ma in ordine e ben fornita ( frigobar , accessori bagno ecc,,,) , servizio di reception eccellente e supercordiale. La struttura mette anche a disposizione uno slot per parcheggiare di fronte, essendo dislocata in una zona dove difficile trovare parcheggio nei pressi.

I don’t know how can be 4 stars rated. It may be max 2 one by western standards. The Given room was without windows and you can only guess what it was when the toilet was in use due the fan wasn’t working. Terrible fancoil noise coming from the outside made impossible to sleep. Mold on the shower. Dog hairs on the carpet. One bed was a mattress on a rigid structure . ———— Probabilmente è al massimo un 2 stelle e non 4 cone pubblicizzato. Ci è stata data una stanza senza finestre, muffa nella doccia, assenza areazione nel bagno…. Peli di cane sul tappeto. Uno dei letti era un materasso appoggiato su una superficie senza doghe.

Υπερεκτιμημενο ξενοδοχειο ανευ λογου...

Το δωματιο που μας δοθηκε κατα την αφιξη, δεν ειχε ουδεμια σχεση με τη φωτογραφια προβολης του στην κρατηση. Μετα απο παραπονο στη reception, μας ειπαν πως αυτα που εχουν στη σελιδα σας ειναι τα inclusive ενω δινονται μονο απλα δικλινα σε κρατησεις μεσω διαδικτυου!!!Ηταν πολυ θορυβωδες, καθως ηταν στο δρομο και φυσικα οχι μονο δεν διεθετε θεα κηπου οπως εγραφε αλλα δεν ειχε ουτε καν μπαλκονι. Επειδη το ταξιδι ηταν για επαγγελματικους λογους κ θελαμε ησυχια, παραπονεθηκαμε κ ευτυχως μας αλλαξαν δωματιο στην πισω πλευρα οπου τουλαχιστον ειχαμε ησυχια. Μεγεθος δωματιου ουτε 18 τμ. Τοσο στεναχωρο που πηδουσαμε πανω απο τη βαλιτσα για ν ανεβουμε στο κρεβατι. Το μπαλκονι δεν ειχε ουτε τραπεζι ουτε καρεκλα για ν καθισεις, προφανως ομως επειδη δεν ηταν εφικτο να χωρεσει ουτε το πιο μικρο τραπεζι. Τζακι κ δωρεαν εφημεριδα δεν υπηρχε οχι μονο στο δωματιο αλλα ουτε καν σε ολοκληρο το καταλλυμα... Τα βασικα ειδη μπανιου (σαμπουαν,) ηταν 1 για 2 ατομα που δεν εφτανε ουτε για αντρικο λουσιμο... 1 σαπουνακι μικρο για 2 μερες το οποιο απο την πρωτη κιολας ειχε λιωσει στη θηκη αλλα δεν αντικατασταθηκε ποτε με αποτελεσμα το τελευταιο πρωι να πλενομαστε με conditioner!!! Και το τελευταιο βραδυ και το επομενο πρωι ουτε καν ζεστο νερο αλλα δικαιολογηθηκαν πως υπηρξε βλαβη, με αποτελεσμα να φυγουμε κ χωρις μπανιο για το ταξιδι. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΟΟΟ
